• Zero Cancellation/Change Fee.

  Zero cancellation/change fee enabling easy and hassle-free rescheduling.

• Enhanced Cabin Baggage Allowance.

  Complimentary ‘Carry On Plus’ benefit that provides increased cabin baggage allowance of 12 kgs for the larger cabin bag that goes in the overhead bin, in addition to a smaller item such as a laptop bag that can fit under the seat in the cabin. This is by far the most generous free cabin baggage allowance by any airline in India.

• Preferred Seating for no extra fees.

  Freedom to choose a preferred seat, completely free of cost. Our corporate customers can book Emergency Exit Row Seats that offer more legroom and greater comfort at a nominal fee, with Vistara Select. These seats can be booked while making a new booking. If the customer has already made their booking, they can choose their preferred seat through the Manage My Booking section or by contacting the Customer Service Centre on +91 9289228888.

Additionally, Vistara’s Top 100 Corporate clients travelling in Economy Class will receive the following benefits:

• Complimentary priority check-in, boarding and baggage-handling.

  Complimentary priority check-in, baggage handling & boarding across all destinations on our network at no extra cost.

• Complimentary ‘Vistara FlyEarly’.

  Complimentary ‘Vistara FlyEarly’ privilege which will enable flyers to take an earlier flight on the same day by arriving 45 minutes prior to its departure. This service will be available only at the airport at no extra fees and will be subject to availability.

• This service is applicable to all contracted corporates of Vistara where tickets are issued under corporates fares by their empaneled travel agents.
• Any cancellation or changes to these bookings to be routed through authorized travel agents only.
• All other terms and conditions will be communicated by the authorized travel agency only.
• Vistara reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above service by another service, whether similar to above service or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

• This service is applicable to all contracted corporates of Vistara only.
• All Economy Class customers can carry primary carry-on bag weighing up to 12kgs.
• Size of carry-on baggage will remain the same, only additional weight is allowed. Dimensions are 55cms (22 inches) x 40cms (16 inches) x 20cms (8 inches).
• In addition to one piece of cabin baggage, you are permitted to carry one of the following personal items, which can fit under the front seat
  1. A lady's handbag
  2. A Laptop bag

• This service is valid for customers who have arrived 45 minutes prior to departure for an earlier flight. (subject to availability).
• #VistaraFlyEarly is applicable on direct flights only (not applicable on via/connecting flights).
• Customers are not allowed to re-route their flight. They can only advance their flight for booked sector.
• This facility is not applicable for postponing of flights.
• This facility is not applicable for Group Fares & UMNR's.
• This service is applicable for travel within India only.
