When travelling for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences or Exhibitions, customers enjoy up to 5% off on adult base fare when booking under Economy and Premium Economy Flexi Fares and up to 10% off on adult base fare when booking under Business Flexi fares.

Eligibility:

• Customers travelling to a specific international destination for business purpose and holding valid Business Visa for the same.
• This fare is not valid for destinations where a Business Visa does not get issued by the respective country.
• His/her age must be 18 years or above on the date of commencement of journey.
• This offer is applicable on round-trip fares where return must be completed within 30 days of the journey’s origin.

Discount:

• Up to 5% off on adult base fare for customers booking under Economy and Premium Economy Flexi fares.
• Up to 10% off on adult base fare for customers booking under Business Flexi fares.
• Blackout dates apply.

Baggage Allowance:

• As per the Flexi Fare of the respective cabin class and route. For more information, visit our Fare Rules page.

Changes and Cancellation benefits:

• One free date change offered before the departure of the journey; however, fare/tax difference (if any) will be applicable. For changes made after departure of the first journey, nominal change fee applies.
• All changes must be made 24 hours prior to departure.
• For cancellations, regular cancellation rules apply.
• No waiver/discounts on cancellation or no-show.
• All changes and cancellations will be done through the Manage My Booking section on the website/mobile app. 

Documentation required:

• A valid Business Visa along with other relevant documents are mandatory for travel under this offer.
• The Visa details will be checked at the time of check-in.
• In case of non-availability of a valid Visa, Vistara reserves the right to withdraw the offer, or necessary penalty may be charged at the check-in counter.
• Web check-in is not allowed when booking under these fares.

Booking channel:

• Global Mice Fares can be availed via our website, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and travel agents.
• Global Mice Fares cannot be booked using Cash + CV Points.
• These fares cannot be clubbed with any other promotion.
