You can also book the lounge pass via the website and mobile app from 6 hours prior to 2 hours prior to departure and from Vistara’s airport ticketing offices (ATOs) at non-discounted rates any time before departure.

• This service can also be purchased from Vistara airport ticketing offices (ATO) any time before departure at non-discounted rates.
• This is a single use pass and allows access to Vistara and its partner lounges in conjunction with Vistara flights on the same date of travel.
• Customers can enjoy lounge services 2 hours prior to departure when travelling within India, and 3 hours prior to departure when travelling outside India.
• The lounge staff reserves the right to limit access.
• This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. It cannot be sold, bartered, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• If the customer changes date of departure the lounge pass becomes invalid.
• Lounge access is not permitted for passengers booking under Economy Lite for travel within India.
• Lounge services are complimentary for all passengers booking Business Class.

• Components of the tariff may undergo a change at any time, without prior notice.
• The Lounge access service cannot be cancelled once booked. It is refundable only in the event of the entire flight booking being cancelled by the passenger (12 hours prior for Domestic and International bookings) or the scheduled flight being cancelled by the Airline.
