Introducing Vistara Gate-to-Gate, a service that takes care of your luggage needs from start to the end of your journey!

We have partnered with CarterX, a Bangalore-based luggage transfer company, to provide you with a safe and easy way to travel. Travel hands-free and enjoy a hassle-free vacation! The services offered to customers upon arrival consist of picking up the luggage from baggage belts at airports and delivering it at the cab or vehicle pick-up point at the airport or at the specified address shared by the customer. Similarly, on departure, the luggage is picked up from the cab or vehicle drop-off point at the airport or at the specified address shared by the customer and dropped off at the location specified by the customer. You can opt to have your bags picked up and dropped off at the destination, or just choose a one-way transfer. This service is available in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Simply enter your travel and contact details to place your request. The CarterX representative will then get in touch with you for baggage pick-up and ensure it is well taken care of, and safely delivered to your end destination by the representative. All bags will be sanitized and packed in double-layered packing materials and pickups and deliveries will be contactless.

  • Vistara Gate-to-Gate service cannot be cancelled once it has been booked. It is refundable only in the event of the entire flight booking being cancelled by the passenger (12 hours prior for Domestic and International bookings) or the scheduled flight being cancelled by the Airline.
