Eligibility:

For travel within India:

• A student studying in India or enrolled in a bonafide school or an educational establishment in the country.
• His/her age must be 12 years or above on the date of commencement of journey.
• This offer is applicable on one-way fares within India.
• Bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance to avail discount.

For travel outside India:  

• A student having valid visa for and enrolled in a university at any of the international destinations we fly to.
• His/her age must be 12 years or above on the date of commencement of journey.
• The offer is applicable only on one-way fares to and from India.
• The excess baggage allowance is applicable for students travelling from domestic to international destinations, and vice versa. Please note, the allowance is only applicable for one-way journeys.
• Students travelling from an international destination to another international destination will not be able to claim excess baggage allowance.

Discount:

For travel within India:

• Up to 10% off on adult base fare for passengers booking under Economy Standard and Economy Flexi fares for travel within India.
• This discount is not applicable for bookings made under Premium Economy and Business Class fares.
• Blackout dates apply.

For travel outside India:

• Students enjoy exclusive extra baggage allowance when travelling outside India and booking directly on our website, Vistara mobile app, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or through travel agents.
• No discount on base fare when travelling outside India.

Baggage Allowance:

For travel within India:

• Students enjoy 20kg baggage allowance when booking under Economy Lite and Economy Standard and 25kg when booking under Economy Flexi. 

For travel outside India:

• Students flying in/out of India from/to an international destination can enjoy the complimentary additional baggage allowance as mentioned below:

• For Business Class bookings (piece system), extra baggage information would be mentioned on your e-ticket.
• Not applicable on tactical fares for Economy and Premium Economy Class.

Documentation required:

• A valid student Identification Proof (ID) of school/educational institution is mandatory for travel under this offer.
• The ID will be checked at the time of check-in.
