Gurugram, September 30, 2024: Club Vistara, the frequent flyer program of Vistara, India’s finest full-service carrier and a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, has been recognised as the ‘Airline Loyalty Program of the Year’ in Asia Pacific and the ‘Best Airline Customer Service’ in Asia Pacific at the prestigious 2024 Frequent Traveler Awards, for the second time in a row. The Frequent Traveler Awards is an annual event that focuses on travel loyalty programs for airlines, hotels, cruises, and car rental companies. These accolades were determined by over 3.4 million votes by customers from 186 countries. Nearly 300 travel loyalty programs were nominated across multiple categories.

Vistara to operate flights until 11 November 2024; unified operations by Air India thereafter

Gurugram, 30 August 2024: Vistara is all set to embark on an exciting new chapter in its journey as it merges into Air India, creating a world class airline with limitless possibilities. Starting 03 September 2024, customers will, progressively, no longer be able to make bookings with Vistara for travel on or after 12 November 2024. All Vistara aircraft thereafter will be operated by Air India and bookings for the routes operated by these aircraft will be redirected to Air India’s website. Vistara will continue to take bookings and operate flights as usual till 11 November 2024.

During this transition period, both Vistara and Air India will ensure necessary support, consistent communication, and convenience to all customers, every step of the way. Customers are advised to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Vistara website for any action they may need to take for their travel with the airline.

Bookings under the sale are open until 2359 hours on 15 August 2024. The one-way domestic fares start from INR 1,578 for Economy, INR 2,678 for Premium Economy, and INR 9,978 for Business Class (convenience fees applicable). On Vistara’s international network, all-inclusive return fares begin at INR 11,978 for Economy, INR 13,978 for Premium Economy, and INR 46,978 for Business Class. All fares are inclusive of taxes, applicable for travel till 31 October 2024 (blackout dates apply).
