A320 Rated Captains

Pilots possessing an Indian DGCA ATPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, current class I Medical and PIC rating on A320 aircraft.

Minimum flying experience of 5000 hours including 1500 hours in command of a Multi Engine, glass cockpit, large jet transport category aircraft (MTOW exceeds 20,000 KGS). A minimum of 500 hours as PIC is required on Airbus A320 family aircraft in order to be considered as a rated commander.

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English language to at least an ICAO level 4 standard.

Flight Dispatcher (With DGCA Approved License Only)

Flight Dispatcher reports to Sr. Manager Flight Operations – Ops Technical Services and is responsible for maintaining Operational Control and Flight Watch on all Company Flights

More specifically the Flight Dispatcher will

  • Review and evaluate weather information, to determine and select the most economical route of flight.
  • Prepare an Optimized Operational flight plan, factoring Notams, Tafors and Metars, for all flights within the schedule.
  • Compute the amount of fuel required, using company and DGCA established guidelines
  • Assist the pilot in command in an emergency situation by providing any assistance necessary to ensure safe completion of the flight.
  • Liaison with A.T.C, Apron & other authorities for smooth functioning.
  • Compute the RTOW for each flight, thus ensuring maximum Payload.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the Manager
 
Experience:                               Min 0-3 yrs
Academic Qualification:         10+2 Maths and Physics, Graduate will be

ENGINEERING/MAINTENANCE MANAGERS

  1. Presently employed in a supervisory position for at least 3 years in an airline /MRO
  2. Must hold an AME diploma or equivalent and a DGCA   licence rated on A320.

  1. Presently employed as an aircraft technician working in line /base.
  2. Minimum AME diploma or equivalent

Ground Instructor (A320 Approved) Technical/Performance

The Ground Instructor instructs flight crew members undergoing initial, recurrent and/or transition training in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and the applicable CAR., More specifically the Ground Instructor will

  • Conduct crewmember initial, recurrent or transition training in accordance with the FOTM as directed by the Chief Pilot Training, Flight Procedures, Training and Standards
  • DAs directed, assist in the development of various flight crewmember training programs. Checks the currency of training manuals and other materials used in various light training courses
  • Complete appropriate flight crewmember ground training records and other flight training documentation in a timely manner and directs to the appropriate filing source
  • Communicate issues of concern, or of exceptional achievement, regarding crewmember trainees’ performance to the Chief Pilot Training in a timely manner

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The role involves analysis, report generation, process enforcement and modelling across commercial departments, with the objective of process and revenue optimization.
  • Reporting: Aid in the development / generation of ad-hoc and regular reports in the areas of network, revenue management, sales, airports, operations control, catering, staffing and other core commercial areas.

Manager – Pricing and Distribution

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and define optimal pricing levels on year round basis for own, public and private channels of distribution, including managing fare filing and distribution functions.
  • Liaise with various GDS to identify and curtail abusive business transactions, leading to reduction in overall transactional cost incurred to the company
  • Operationalize and manage a process flow aimed at plugging revenue leakages through an automated Revenue tool.
  • Responsible for Managing Pricing, Distribution and Revenue Integrity functions.
  • Manage Pricing and Distribution team, while aiding the Revenue Maximization efforts through plugging of revenue leakage.

Revenue Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

Inventory & Revenue Control

  • Manage Inventory through active monitoring of forecast load factors and adjustments of associated Bid Prices/Allocations
  • Support the implementation of interline agreements and access to inventory.
  • Optimize revenue protection tools to maximize network revenue keeping in mind to reduce spoilage & dilution on flights based as pre agreed targets.
  • Provide feedback or suggestion to Supervisor for any pricing action and schedule adjustment in view of changed / anticipated demand.

Revenue Reporting

  • Revenue performance analysis and reporting at route, aircraft, cabin and RBD level.
  • Formulate, analyze and evaluate revenue and load generation strategies.
  • Identify and leverage pricing and inventory opportunities.

Experience:

  • Good understanding of airline revenue management, sales including relationship between Inventory, Pricing and Yield.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Preference for experienced Revenue management in the airline business or hospitality.

Assistant Manager – Market Development

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and negotiate specialized and innovative partnerships with brands to generate revenue and gain strong foothold in the market.
  • (For Example partnerships with Credit Cards like Amex, Citibank, HDFC ; Travel and Hospitality Partners Such as Uber/Hertz or Taj)
  • Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for partnerships and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI- partnerships would include ( FFP related partnerships ).
  • Grow and build market ; capitalize new opportunities; manage projects, and execute end to end marketing campaigns with focus on ROI.
