- If you’re making a claim for two separate flights, please fill out a separate application for each flight.
- You can make a claim for your flight if it is delayed for more than four hours.
- Please note, in case of unavoidable circumstances that are beyond the control of the airline, you will not be able to make a claim.
- Once you’ve submitted your claim, we’ll send you a reference number. Keep it safe because you could be asked for it again.
- You can make a claim for flight delays/cancellations when flying from Frankfurt (FRA), London (LHR), or Paris(CDG) to Delhi (DEL).

Reason
The flight must be delayed by 4 hours later than the scheduled time to be deemed as delayed. If the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the airline, or disruptions which could not be avoided, you will not be able to make a claim.
A claim can be made for a cancelled flight if it was cancelled less than 14 days before it was due to depart. If the cancellation was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the airline, or disruptions which could not be avoided, you will not be able to make a claim.
