*Change and Cancellation fee is applicable per customer, per sector. The penalty is charged in percentage of CV Points mentioned in the above table.

Effective 09 February 2024, an additional service fee will be charged for Award Flight bookings issued by the Vistara Customer Service Centre (CSC). This service fee will be included in the Convenience fees and will be charged as a total of INR 500 for travel within India and INR 1000 for travel outside India, applicable per ticket and per segment.
