The in-flight Wi-Fi service allows you to wirelessly connect to the Internet at or above 10,500 feet, using your personal electronic devices such as your laptop, tablet, or smartphone when flying to select international routes.

Customers can now enjoy 20-minutes complimentary plan that allows them to browse the internet, check emails and connect with family and friends. This plan allows customers to receive a One-Time Password via e-mail for purchasing the in-flight Wi-Fi to enjoy Wi-Fi services throughout the flight.

 The service is provided by Nelco Network Products Limited (NNPL), powered by Panasonic Avionics Corporation as the technology partner.  Together, the parties manage the network, the connectivity session, customer care and payment processing.

If you have an existing booking with Vistara for travel on or before 11-November-2024, your flight will continue to be operated by Vistara and there is no impact or change in your booking.

Starting 03-September-2024, customers will progressively not be able to make bookings for travel after 11-November-2024 i.e. 12-November-2024 onwards on Vistara. For travel after 11-November-2024, you can book via the Air India website www.airindia.com or through the Air India mobile app.

If you have an existing booking with Vistara but your journey is after 11-November-2024 i.e. 12-November-2024 onwards, your flight will be operated by Air India. Please refer to the below to know about the changes you can expect.
