What is a Convenience Fee?

A: A convenience fee is a ticketing/reservation fee that is charged on all tickets purchased through any airport ticketing office and the Customer Service Centre and on tickets purchased through our website www.airvistara.com or the Mobile App.

Convenience fee is levied as below:

Domestic (meaning within India)	INR300
For Domestic to International travel	INR700
For International to Domestic travel	USD10

Please take note of the following points:

This fee is non-refundable.
It is applicable to all modes of payment.
Effective 04-Oct-2023, it is applicable to Award Flights and Voucher ticket bookings.
The fee is charged per customer per transaction.

Is Convenience Fee applicable to all cabins?

Yes, it is applicable for travel in Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy.

Is the Convenience Fee applicable for Club Vistara members?

Yes, the Convenience Fee is applicable to all customers passengers including Club Vistara members. Effective 04-Oct-2023, this fee is applicable to all flight bookings on all direct booking channels.
